Sex: Releasing the Story

Releasing the Story

My experience is that when my mama started to show me pictures I told her I had already done some of those.  Being a very young child I did not think it was a big deal.  In my years of Coaching thousands of women, many have had sexual abuse.  The traumas and then the releasing and accepting of those experiences are always a challenge.

Releasing The Story And Seeking Truth

Saying this on the radio I felt more like my authentic self knowing that I could help other people.  There is no shame or fault and it is just a story now.  I believe all our experiences, whether positive or negative, give us the ability to help others.  Not only is there acceptance of self there is no longer the need to judge others in any situation.

If one of the stories in your life is in need of releasing, I am here for you with techniques and tips to help you get through it.
