Acceptance is about generating a connection to your inner Shine! Take a moment to embrace your authenticity as well as the authentic Energy of others. Through acceptance, we are offering respect toward the views and actions of others. We are all learning and living our own story. When you understand that every choice and every stage in life has a purpose, you are more open to adapt to change and the lessons you learn. Even when you don’t know the purpose of a situation, acceptance allows you to know it is for your greater good.
Acceptance from and toward others is important, yet true acceptance comes from within. When you lack acceptance of yourself, you often display argumentative behaviors or an attitude of negativity. This lack of acceptance of self can impact your overall wellness as well as relationships. You empower yourself when you accept a situation that you do not agree with; you can agree to disagree.
Acceptance Without Judgement
When you allow friends and loved ones to be who they are, without judgment, you are opening the way for acceptance and true love. To love others even with their flaws is a gift of giving space for growth. Have you experienced a time when you passed judgment on a friend?
Was there a better way to approach this friend? I’ve experienced passing judgment on a friend and once I stepped back and accepted where they were at in their life I was able to have better boundaries.
Acceptance of Yourself
Acceptance of yourself is equally empowering. Everyone makes mistakes, and we are all still growing and practicing in life. One of my favorite things to do and it helps me to accept myself is laughing. Laughing at my moments of learning relieves stress and brings more joy into the moment. More laughter is always a good thing anyway! I encourage you to laugh every time you look in the mirror. Laughter increases your lifespan.
Acceptance Can Be Stressful
Acceptance can be stressful due to facing struggles in your life. By removing the stress and accepting a clear vision of how you want to show up you are able to accept yourself and grow. This is an action to remove stress and accept situations with more joy and love in your life.
Shine, my dog, has taught me about accepting others with no judgment. I have experienced that personally in my life. When I show up with acceptance and not let my perceived notions cloud my views of others I accept myself as a mirror of them and I accept them as a teacher.
I encourage you to think of three things that you accept about yourself or your situation. Write these down and post them on your mirror. This simple action will help you to raise your Energy, have more Confidence and Joy in your life. Contact Angel Marie today
