Are you seeing your relationship with others changing or are you having relationship challenges? Do you keep repeating in your mind how you could have done it differently? Do you feel like you just want to hide from everyone? Recently I have been experiencing this in my personal life and in my Coaching practices.
All relationships are changing and in fact are always in a state of change. Relationship challenges are a reflection of who we are because we are always shifting, growing and in constant state of movement. So, as this is happening we might feel stuck. We might feel unworthy, depressed or just do not want to accept the situation. I believe we are more aware of our feelings right now and we see our old patterns re-emerging. Our emotions are all over the place and many are experiencing self anger. We might be angry for staying in a relationship too long or perhaps not creating better boundaries. It does not matter how intelligent we are or how much we understand what is going on. In relationships it’s the emotions; it’s all about the emotions. Most of us want to feel joy, happiness, love and excitement.
Lots of times we do not always have the tools or techniques that might help release these emotions. Changing how we feel by working with our emotions helps us feel and see more clearly. Shifting your energy is as easy as the clouds moving across the sky. For instance, when a child wants to change their frequency they will usually scream; when a dog wants to release energy they will shake, bark or yowl. They just allow their energy to flow out of them.
Here are some tips that may help you shift your energy when you are with other people:
-Be aware of your own energy and how you feel
-Breathe; relax your physical body
-Listen attentively and really hear others
-Speak with love; ask your Higher Self for guidance
-Use your intuition; go with your gut feeling
Here are some tips to shift your energy immediately at anytime:
-Breathe deeply; focus on the moment
-Clap your hands, laugh, sing, dance, Tai Chi, Mediate
-Go outdoors; visit Mother Earth, Divine Presence
-Practice appreciation, Cry when you want
-Clear your Space, Reiki, Listen to your inner Psychic
