Relationships: Energy Shifts

Are you seeing your relationship with others changing or are you having relationship challenges?  Do you keep repeating in your mind how you could have done it differently?  Do you feel like you just want to hide from everyone?  Recently I have been experiencing this in my personal life and in my Coaching practices.
relationships BlogAll relationships are changing and in fact are always in a state of change.  Relationship challenges are a reflection of who we are because we are always shifting, growing and in constant state of movement.  So, as this is happening we might feel stuck.  We might feel unworthy, depressed or just do not want to accept the situation.  I believe we are more aware of our feelings right now and we see our old patterns re-emerging.  Our emotions are all over the place and many are experiencing self anger.  We might be angry for staying in a relationship too long or perhaps not creating better boundaries.  It does not matter how intelligent we are or how much we understand what is going on.  In relationships it’s the emotions; it’s all about the emotions. Most of us want to feel joy, happiness, love and excitement.
Lots of times we do not always have the tools or techniques that might help release these emotions.  Changing how we feel by working with our emotions helps us feel and see more clearly.  Shifting your energy is as easy as the clouds moving across the sky.  For instance, when a child wants to change their frequency they will usually scream; when a dog wants to release energy they will shake, bark or yowl. They just allow their energy to flow out of them.
Here are some tips that may help you shift your energy when you are with other people:
-Be aware of your own energy and how you feel
-Breathe; relax your physical body
-Listen attentively and really hear others
-Speak with love; ask your Higher Self for guidance
-Use your intuition; go with your gut feeling
Here are some tips to shift your energy immediately at anytime:
-Breathe deeply; focus on the moment
-Clap your hands, laugh, sing, dance, Tai Chi, Mediate
-Go outdoors; visit Mother Earth, Divine Presence
-Practice appreciation, Cry when you want
-Clear your Space, Reiki, Listen to your inner Psychic
It’s always the action that will help shift your reality.  Also, speaking out loud tells the universe what you want. Law of attraction is always working. If you would like some help and are ready to change your reality?? It’s time for a Coaching session or maybe healing energy session.

Have you been to the movies lately? Have you seen a 3-D movie? Do you agree our energy vibrations in the movies are on overload these days? So much action, special effects and real-life situations are coming at us on the big screen.

spiritHave you seen “Fast and Furious” or “Star Trek” yet? About an hour into these movies it was time for me to get up and stretch. While in a Tai Chi stance, focusing on breathing and relaxing my physical body, it was interesting to note the difference between the violent energy of the movie and the emotional energy of movie.

I really enjoyed the frequency of loyalty and family in both of these movies, I would describe it as comforting, safe and powerful. I see our society changing; it seems that more and more people are asking about Energy, Chakras, Coaching and Reiki. I also see and feel from my Coaching clients that we are searching for community, a community that feels safe, a community that we can call home.  A place that we can be our authentic self’s.

Meditation: Tips on How to Breathe

Do you meditate or have you tried meditation and found it challenging?  Did you know meditation need not be complicated or even lengthy?  Would you believe it is scientifically proven that regular meditation has the ability to positively improve the quality of life for individuals who practice it?  There are also studies that show large groups of people meditating can diminish world aggression.

Simplistically stated, meditation is the practice of quieting the mind, focusing and being in the present moment.  We are all familiar with the most common benefits, such as the ability to be relaxed, calm and focused.  Did you know even a few minutes of meditation has many other benefits?  Meditation helps develop positive emotions and increases your chi (life force energy).  Where can you use these benefits?  Many of us are in the work force and this may be the ideal place to use meditation.  Taking a few minutes alone or developing focus on mundane tasks may change your outlook on your job in general or with projects you work on.  You may be surprised to find you are more able to tackle the challenging parts of your job with greater success when regularly practicing these short periods of meditation. Did you know that Tai Chi is a meditation in motion?

·        Breathing – Take slow deep breathes that extend your belly.  This type of breathing can lower your blood pressure and increases oxygen flow to the brain which becomes more active and alert. Also helps in releasing toxins from the body.
·        Focus on a point such as an Angel coin or gemstone.  If work cannot stop, focus intently on each action you take.  Consider each step in a work process.  For instance, say to yourself, “I am putting paper into the copier.  I am putting the document into the slot.  I am making 20 copies.”

·        Check with your company to see if they have a Meditation at Work Program.
·        Join a Tai Chi or Yoga class where you will learn further meditation techniques and styles.
·        Practice meditation regularly.
